STARS Scholarship
Stars of Oceania Scholarship Fund
The Stars of Oceania was inaugurated in 2006 with a plan to defray tuition costs for students from the Pacific Islands who currently attend or plan to enroll at the University of Hawaii. The scholarship is available primarily for University of Hawaii students focused on research or project development in the Pacific region.
